We will be looking into how exact the support can be and all the GC adapters it can catch. also when i was testing them each was horizontal so when i label for instance the left joycon with the face buttons, down means relative for when you are holding it sideways, i just wanted to get that out of the way.The Xbox360ce tutorial is quite nice. ok sorry for this being so late i hadnt seen it until this morning, this is what it looks like: (each joycon was shown as its own controller. so is it possible that they may get support in the future? because the only problem with the joycons right now is that you cant pause while in game, (and i know that knowing if the joycons work is not a huge priority) but do you see that happening in the future? Can you send us the mapping you got for the joycons and point out which is + and -? If it's registering those but not using them we can probably add start and menu to those buttons.

Originally posted by Gingersnap:so i experimented with the joy-cons for the switch and one thing i noticed is that it does register all the buttons that are usable in rivals of Aether right now, but one thing that i noticed is that in the software it did register the plus and minus buttons, which aren't used in Rivals of Aether right now. Thanks for the reply, its nice to know that Im able to help with my minimal knowledge of the technical side The problems are still happening, i have Tested on slime rancher to see if it was the controller but it seemed fine aside from not being optimal as the game is pretty much a shooter (shooters with a controller is like dark souls with keyboard controls) I reposted wondering where this was and realised it was here so the second thread I made was just me not looking here, but i guess i should've checked here first
Originally posted by Cube圓:Controller name: Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2 USBĭid I do that right? this is all the stuff that shows up in the applicationĪlso, as a side observation switching the controller to X input mode crashes the program and the vibration button just stops the controller from working and the mode button switches the Dpads controls with the left joystick Yes you did, sorry I dropped you in here w/o explanation I thought I replied to your post :)ĭid you say you found the solution to this though? No, i didnt. You shouldn't need any external software aside from whatever is needed for your computer to recognize the controller.

The game natively recognizes Dinput controllers now as long as your PC recognizes them. You don't need x360ce for gamecube controllers with Rivals.
when it's not plugged in (like the WiiU adapter.), send a screenshot of both. Also, if the values for the nonexistent controllers are different when the adapter is plugged in vs.

After you have all the information, please make a diagram like this and post it here with as many details about the controller as possible.Īlso, if you have an adapter that considers empty slots as active controllers (like the WiiU adapter), please post a screenshot of the application like this one where we only have an Xbox360 and PS4 controller plugged in, but it detects 4 gamecube controllers. You should be able to get all of this information by pressing buttons and pulling triggers while the application is running. Controller name (EXACTLY as it appears in the application). Here are the details we need from the application: To help us add support for your controller please make a post in this thread using the application and details below: If your controller isn't working please read on to see how you can help us fix that. We've tested a few tons of different controllers at this point, but we still want to support as many as possible. We're continuing to implement controller support for RoA and we need your help.
